Exchange Club of Wolcott donated 1,000 glow stick necklaces to the Wolcott Police dept. for distribution to trick or treaters for Halloween night, as part of our National Day of Service. The glow sticks help the kids trick or treating be more visible to motorists while walking house to house. We have been donating these items for the past 10 years.

The Branford Exchange Club donated 300 youth toothbrushes to the

Branford Early Childhood Collaborative.

The Toothbrushes were produced in many neon colors and were branded with the Branford Exchange Club name.

One out of four children in Branford does not have dental care.

The BECC provides programs that aid preschool teachers in introducing the youth about dental care. Some aids are a stuffed lion with teeth, a giant toothbrush, and a magnetic board that has a tooth. The children can place magnetic vegetables, fruits, candy, etc. on the tooth or outside the tooth.

Exchangites from the Naugatuck Exchange Club spreading the word about Exchange at the Naugatuck Harvest Moon Festival. There was plenty of sunshine, music, food, and friends. We appreciate the efforts of former CT district president Joe Dudek who appeared as Timeout Teddy. Timeout Teddy was a smash hit with all of the children at the fair giving us the opportunity to speak with and hand out information to their parents.
